The app I wish I'd had on the floor.
I built TOCTalk because I wanted a way to reach the people I actually work with — on something simple that's genuinely ours: a place to plan the cookout, post the fundraiser, sell what we're done with, and keep up with the folks we spend our days beside.
It's an independent app made by an employee, for employees — somewhere the crew's real life can live: the happy hour, the food sale, the retirement sendoff, the truck full of tools somebody's finally letting go.
Built late nights and weekends, fully independent. No company owns it and no company runs it — it answers to the community that uses it. Just employees, talking to employees.
